Five steps, and nothing hidden in between
There is nothing to sign up for before you have looked around, and nothing is charged until a professional has confirmed your time.
Find someone who fits
Browse by category or search by speciality. Every profile shows qualifications, experience, what a session costs and what past clients have said. Nothing asks you to sign in until you have chosen.
Choose a time
Open a professional's calendar and pick a slot that suits you. You will be asked to sign in — with your phone number and a code, not a password — and your chosen time is kept while you do.
Your professional confirms
The session is sent to them as a request. Most are answered within a few hours. Nothing is charged at this point, and you can cancel a request that has not been confirmed at any time.
Pay to hold the slot
Once it is confirmed, you have a set window to pay. We will tell you how long you have on your dashboard. Payment goes through Razorpay — we never see or store your card details.
Meet over video
The join button appears on your dashboard shortly before your session starts. It opens in your browser — nothing to install. Sessions are one-to-one, encrypted, and not recorded.

The questions people ask first
- What if I miss the payment window?
- The booking is released automatically and the slot goes back into the calendar. Nothing is charged, and you are free to book again — the same time may still be free.
- Can I cancel?
- You can cancel any booking that has not been paid for, from your dashboard, without giving a reason. Once a session is paid for, get in touch with support and our team will handle it.
- Do I need the app?
- No. Everything works in your browser. If you do use the MyTherapio app, it is the same account and the same bookings — whichever you open, you will see the same thing.
- Is my session private?
- Yes. Sessions are one-to-one over encrypted video and are not recorded. Your booking history is visible only to you and the professional you booked.
